How social media is enhancing our service

We have seen this in full effect recently when we shared our video on the Bath Half Marathon. To date on Facebook it has been viewed over 23,000 times, shared by 102 people and like by 173. This incredible engagement increases the awareness of The Apartment Company, in turn, we have seen increased traffic to our website and a rise in the number of enquiries and viewings.

We know that social media isn’t about ‘selling’, it’s a tool where we can post engaging content that we know the people of Bath will want to read and share. Another important part of our weekly routine is blog posts, it is essential that we share legislative updates to keep our vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants informed as well as advice, tips, and news.
